Website and B2B Order Terms

Cheeyin Sports operates from China and primarily supplies sports products to business buyers, distributors, retailers, clubs, teams and sourcing customers.

Website Information

Product pages, website prices, stock indicators and descriptions are provided for general sourcing reference. For wholesale, OEM, ODM, private-label, customized or volume orders, the final quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract and approved product specification take precedence if there is any inconsistency with general website content.

Orders and Specifications

Orders are subject to availability, specification confirmation, pricing confirmation and acceptance by Cheeyin Sports. Custom colors, logos, packaging, materials, dimensions and other requirements must be confirmed in writing before production.

Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on the website should not be interpreted as a binding bulk quotation. Commercial pricing, payment terms and any tooling, sampling, packaging or freight charges are confirmed in the applicable order documents.

Shipping

For B2B orders, production lead time, shipping method, shipment date, destination, freight cost, Incoterms and insurance requirements are confirmed before production or shipment. Website delivery estimates are not binding for bulk or customized orders unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees and destination-country compliance costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the written order terms state otherwise.

Returns, Claims and Customized Goods

For B2B orders, return, refund, cancellation and replacement terms are governed by the final accepted order documents. Customized, OEM, ODM, private-label or made-to-order goods generally cannot be cancelled or returned solely because of a change of mind once production has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

If goods arrive damaged, materially defective, short in quantity or materially different from the confirmed specification, contact us with the order reference and supporting evidence so the claim can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy agreed.

Buyer-Supplied Intellectual Property

Buyers must have the legal right to use any trademarks, logos, artwork or designs supplied for customization and are responsible for claims arising from unauthorized materials supplied for production.

Compliance

Buyers are responsible for confirming that products, labeling, packaging, certifications and import requirements are suitable for their intended market unless a specific compliance obligation is expressly accepted by Cheeyin Sports in writing.

Governing Law

These website terms are governed by applicable laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory laws and any different governing-law or dispute provisions expressly agreed in a written sales contract.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
